Information messages

In Tax e-Filing system various information messages can be sent to e-User by IRD officer or system’s service. IRD officer is allowed to send any information messages to an external user (-s) of the system. Internal system service sends messages to a taxpayer and all his/her representatives automatically after:

   The state change of the registration form to the corresponding taxpayer.

   Approval/rejection of the changes to the corresponding user.

   The state change of the declaration to the corresponding taxpayer.

   The state change of the payment transaction to the corresponding taxpayer, when SIGTAS sends a response about the payment transaction.

The external user, representing the particular taxpayer (or himself/herself as a taxpayer) is able to review messages submitted to the particular taxpayer (see chapter 7.1 View received information message) and read them (see chapter 7.2 Mark information message as read). The drawn process of an information message you can see in a Figure 58.
