Log in to the Tax e-Filing system

Only registered user who is in s state Active can log in to the system.

If you want to log in to the Tax e-Filing system, follow these instructions:

1. Open internet browser (the latest versions of Firefox Mozilla, Google Chrome or Internet explorer are recommended).

Enter system address into address bar.

2. Click <Enter> in your keyboard or [Go] in browsers window.

3. Enter your user name and password in a form, when login screen is loaded (Figure 5).

4. Click [Log in].

5. If username and password are valid – system home window is opened (see Figure 6).

6. If you make 4 attempts to log-in to the system entering the wrong password, your user account is locked. To unlock your user account you should contact system administrator.

7. If you are successfully logged in, your home page is loaded (see Figure 6).

Field name

Description

{Username*}

Enter your username in this field. You will be identified according this field as well as {Password*}. The system will identify what permissions you have.

{Password*}

Enter user password in this field. You will be identified according this field as well as {Username*}. The system will identify what role and a set of privileges do you have.

[Log in]

This button submits user login data. If the entered username and password are valid – you will be authenticated, authorized and logged in. If the login data is not valid the system will show an error message informing what is wrong and what should be done.

[Register user]

Click this button if you want to apply for becoming an external user of the system. For more details see chapter 2.1 Request for an external user account.
